High-Grade Gold & Silver Project Portfolio

Nevada Gold & Silver Projects

Location: Pershing County, Nevada

Commodity: Gold & Silver

Stage: Exploration with open pit and high grade veining

Ownership: 100% – Subject to Net Smelter Royalties ranging up to 4%

Highlights:

  • Large land package in a prolific mining district;
  • Near surface historic gold and silver resource with high-grade veins;
  • Silver selenides analogous to Midas deposit;
  • Lies along the Velvet-7 Troughs- Hycroft Trend – on trend with the Rosebud and Hycroft mines.

The Lantern Project is a gold and silver property located in one of Nevada’s most prolific precious metals districts. Historic work completed by Santa Fe Gold Corp. outlined a near-surface resource in 1980 consisting of approximately 18 million tons containing 145,900 ounces of gold and 9.73 million ounces of silver in an open-pit configuration. The project remains largely underexplored by modern standards, with much of the historic resource defined through relatively shallow drilling. Several feeder structures have been identified at surface and were intersected in historical drilling, including gold values of up to 10 g/t, highlighting the potential for higher-grade mineralization beyond the existing resource.

The project is situated along the Velvet–7 Troughs–Hycroft (Crowfoot-Lewis) trend and lies approximately four miles south-southeast of the former Rosebud Mine, which produced 385,450 ounces of gold and 1.25 million ounces of silver. Historic drilling has also returned exceptional silver intercepts, including 65 feet grading 2,024.7 g/t silver, including 5 feet grading 4,270 g/t silver. Located in Pershing County, Nevada, the project is readily accessible to established mining infrastructure and is approximately 75 miles west of Winnemucca, a major district for mining operations throughout northern Nevada.

Historic Work By: Santa Fe, Getty, Corona

Location: Pershing County, Nevada

Commodity: Gold

Stage: Exploration with high-grade epithermal deposit and lower grade bulk tonnage target

Ownership: 100% subject to Net Smelter Royalties up to 6%

Highlights:

  • NI 43-101 Technical Report underway to update historic resource;
  • Multiple high-grade epithermal gold veins outcrop across intensely altered area;
  • Numerous near surface drill intercepts in excess of 5 g/t, several > 10 g/t and high of 10 feet of 310 g/t gold. 30m intercept of 24 g/t gold;

The Velvet Project is a high-grade gold exploration project located in a well-established Nevada mining district with significant historic exploration success. The property was held by major producer Newmont for approximately 15 years, highlighting the strategic nature of the land position. Multiple epithermal gold-bearing vein systems have been identified across the project area, providing numerous exploration targets and demonstrating the scale of the mineralizing system.

Historic drilling has returned numerous high-grade gold intercepts, including multiple results exceeding 5 g/t gold, several intercepts above 10 g/t gold, and exceptional intervals such as 10 feet grading 310 g/t gold and a 30-metre intercept averaging 24 g/t gold. The project trends into an adjacent historic open-pit resource estimated at approximately 200,000 ounces of gold and exhibits characteristics consistent with both high-grade epithermal vein mineralization and a broader bulk-tonnage gold target.

Historic Work By: Santa Fe, Getty, Hecla, AuEx, Uranerz

Previous Intercepts: 30 feet @ 0.83 opt gold, 10 feet @ 1.214 opt gold, 5 feet @ 3.068 opt gold.

Historic Grab Samples: Several multi- ounce per ton with high samples of 34.08 opt gold.

Location: Douglas County, Nevada

Commodity: Gold

Stage: Exploration with high-grade gold veining

Ownership: 100% – Subject to a 3% Net Smelter Royalty

Highlights:

  • Historic drilling identified significant high-grade gold mineralization;
  • Best intercepts include 3 feet @ 486 g/t gold and 3.3 feet @ 58.9 g/t gold;
  • Tertiary volcanics with extensive alteration, shearing and veining;

The Willow Project is an underexplored gold target located approximately 50 miles southeast of Reno, Nevada, within a mineral-rich region known for both precious and base metal deposits. Historic exploration by Anaconda identified significant gold mineralization, including core intercepts grading up to 486  g/t gold and 11 g/t gold from locations approximately 2,500 feet apart along strike and at a depth of ~1,050 feet. Despite these encouraging results, the project has seen little exploration activity since the Anaconda era, with no significant follow-up drilling and only limited surface work completed.

The property is situated within a highly prospective geological setting in Nevada’s Yerington District. Willow is also surrounded by lands controlled by Mason Resources, where recent drilling has generated encouraging exploration results. The combination of historical high-grade gold intercepts, limited modern exploration, and favorable regional geology presents an attractive opportunity to evaluate the project’s potential for new discoveries and resource expansion.
